PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All wigs are preorder only. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before shipping. Shipping is available within the United States only. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

ORDER POLICY

Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after shipment.

All orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
